Although I’m sure we’d all like life to be an easy ride, the truth is that we are often presented with challenges that threaten to derail our happiness if given a chance. If you struggle with mental health difficulties, illness, physical limitations, confidence shifts, or struggles with not fitting in with society, this program is for you!​

Use your unique character traits and inner strength to create a healthier future. 

This support program uses therapeutic and reflective writing and creative activities to help you see YOUR world clearly from your own perspective. It relieves stress, provides helpful tips and focuses on your mental, emotional and physical health. 

Each session begins with a short grounding exercise that will feature meditative, interactive activities that can help during everyday stressful moments.

During your first session, we will identify the areas of your life that need focus, motivation, and healing while looking back at the moments that created stress. Then, during one-on-one sessions, we will use releasing activities, written exercises, prompts, and various other tools specifically curated to your needs to work towards your unique happiness.

Weekly email check-ins will occur on a date of your choosing and will highlight:
Tasks you’d like to complete that week

  • Identifying things you have struggled with 
  • Resources and tips that will help you to accomplish your goals
  • Review of past action Items
  • Upcoming action items
