I believe that stones possess a unique ability to soothe, center, and ground us. The rocks included in our Write to Self-Care packages have been thoughtfully collected from various corners of the globe, including Costa Rica, Mexico, Southern Ontario, Northern Ontario, Ireland, England, and beyond.

I personally use these stones, gently rolling them in my hands to help focus my mind during work, client conversations, or public speaking—allowing me to release excess energy and maintain a sense of calm.
