Kimberley Rivando-Robb has an English Language and Literature degree, a post graduate degree in Journalism New Media and her diploma as a Personal Support Worker. She is the owner of RetroScripts and works at the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington as a PSW, where the idea behind RetroScripts was born. She is an upbeat, quirky woman who is passionate about the environment, human interactions and the documentation of lives. She thrives on positive energy, and has made it her goal to meet the needs of ALL in our community. Strength, support, and creativity is something that she believes is a necessity to life, a need in which she is happy to provide.
Using her business she provides strength, courage, and positivity through not only her unique bound books but also several different workshops that promote creative mediums and digging deeper to find your true meaning of happiness. She focuses on guiding/ teaching people in various states of being, from all walks of life to work with their emotional and mental well-being to achieve the life they want or reflect on how their life has gone so far.

Shirley Van Egmond is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer since 2000. Her mission is to help busy women learn simple strategies to better understand nutrition and exercise, and how these together can help them lose weight, feel great and live their healthiest life. She lives in Niagara, is married, has 2 adult children and 2 dogs.


Funeral Pre-Planner

Vanessa was born and raised in the Niagara region. She has been assisting families with funeral planning since 2009. Vanessa has her R.I.B.O., Life Insurance, and Funeral Pre-planner licenses so she can assist with your various insurance needs. A proud graduate of Brock University (2007), Vanessa currently works out of Robinson & Associates Insurance Brokers in Niagara Falls. She loves to spend time with her husband, Geoffrey, and son, Liam, at their home in Niagara Falls and read biographies.

Laura Ireland

Laura Ireland is married to a first responder and a mother of two beautiful children. She is a Social Service Worker, an educator with the District School Board of Niagara, a sound enthusiast and a wellness advocate. 

In her business, Expressions For The Soul,  Laura creates space for others to find internal peace through the vibration of sound, the rhythm of the drum, the power of Reiki, and the transformative walk through the labyrinth. Mindfulness and movement infuse her programs to support personal connection and expansive growth. 

Laura co-founded the Niagara Women’s Circle with Lauren Bartfai of Sonic Expressions. Niagara Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering in Niagara which allows women to come together to express their authentic selves, connect, share, listen, learn and grow. Music and connection is powerful medicine!  


Insurance and Finances

An independent financial planner since 2006, Jennifer Wallace has developed a process of goal-based planning where she works with individuals, small business owners, and their families to develop and implement a financial plan for their long-term and sustainable financial independence.  In 2011, Jennifer expanded her business services to include planning for entrepreneurs and business owners with everything from increasing sales to operations management… and a little bit of WordPress web design.

As organizer of the Growing Women Entrepreneurs (GWEn) Conference, Jennifer is able to further support the success of entrepreneurs by presenting professional development through events, and  networking opportunities. 

Passionate about her community, Jennifer dedicates her time outside of working with her clients to supporting not-for-profits and the arts.  She spends time volunteering on the Board of Gillian’s Place, a local women’s shelter, as well as on the Board of the St. Catharines Downtown Association assisting member downtown businesses. Her community and business leadership has been recognized through a municipal and provincial volunteer award, nomination as a young professional and Entrepreneur of the Year in the Niagara business community, and as a recipient of the 2014 40 Under Forty award.


Married By Mandy

Mandi began her journey of personal development and spiritual awakening in 1991 when she discovered the world of entrepreneurship with a Direct Sales Company. Since then, Mandi has devoted her life to being a mentor, leader, teacher and lifelong earth school student, through her work as an Ordained Minister, Life Coach, Author and Volunteer.

Mandi has studied and trained with some familiar names in the personal development industry like Mary Morrissey and Bob Proctor. She earned her Professional Life Coaching designation through the Coaches Training Institute in 2007. Since that pivotal time in her life, Mandi has made it her mission to help women flourish in their personal lives and businesses. Through her transparent and authentic manner of creating a coaching partnership, Mandi’s clients begin to own their brilliance, see their worth and believe that they are enough! 

Mandi’s work as a non-denominational minister specializes in helping couples and families create unique, personalized and truly memorable ceremony experiences. She is best known for her business “Married By Mandi” which began in 2003. Since June of that year, Mandi has been part of the tapestry that has woven together many lives as she has officiated over fifteen hundredceremonies, including weddings, baby blessings, vow renewals and celebrations of life.Mandi is also co-Founder of the Purse Project.  The Purse Project is an annual initiative created to provide women in local shelters and second stage housing with a new or gently used purse filled to the brim with items of need. Upon receiving this gift, it is their hope that each beautiful woman knows she is thought of and cared about by those in her community. Since being established in 2016, over 6,000 filled purses have been delivered to more than 30 local organizations in the Hamilton, Niagara and Halton area. “Fill a purse with LOVE and a woman’s heart with HOPE”.
